Metro’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SBE/DBE)

Metro's Contractor Development and Bonding Program (CDBP) was developed to assist Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and Metro-certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms, to secure bonding for Metro construction projects.


 

Department of General Services Small Business (SB)

The Office of Small Business and DVBE Services (OSDS) is the state's certifying agency that administers the small business for the purpose of public works, and DVBE certification programs. They are committed to helping small and disabled veteran businesses thrive.


 

Supplier Clearinghouse Minority Business Enterprise (WBE)

The Supplier Clearinghouse certifies Women, Minority, LGBT, and Disabled Veteran-owned businesses  and publishes a directory for use by participating utility companies and the public. These activities are governed by General Order 156 of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The program provides certified MBE, WBE, DVBE, and LGBTBE firms the opportunity to participate in a wide range of business opportunities.


SBA Women Owned Small Business (WOSB/SBA)

Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) is a company level diversity certification based on requirements defined by the Small Business Association (SBA). The purpose of the WOSB program is to ensure that woman owned small businesses have equal opportunity to federal contracting.


 
 
 

WBEND Women’s Business Enterprise (WBENC /WBE)

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs.  WBENC believes diversity promotes innovation, opens doors, and creates partnerships that fuel the economy. That’s why they provide the most relied upon certification standard for women-owned businesses and the tools to help them succeed.


 

Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council

SCMSDC is the region’s preeminent corporate membership organization committed to supplier diversity and the success of minority businesses. In Southern California, they represent the interests of more than 900,000 minority businesses, and serve nearly 1,300 NMSDC-certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and more than 1,700 National corporate members.


 

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Certified

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services.
